Kindle is dead. It might as well say &quot;GAME OVER&quot; when you turn it on.

Amazon has got as much hardware engineering prowess as Toys R Us.

As for the question on Kindle on the iPad and iPhone. That will actually survive. It&#039;s because Apple doesn&#039;t care if you buy your ebook from Amazon. Apple makes its money on hardware. Apple will provide better user interface such that users will PREFER to buy ebooks from iBook store in the long run.</description>
